Simple hepatic cyst is a rare entity that usually presents asymptomatically. Its diagnosis is based on imaging studies. Surgery is indicated in symptomatic patients or those with suspected malignancy. We present the case of a woman who underwent surgery for a symptomatic simple hepatic cyst, with an intraoperative diagnosis compatible with an adrenal cyst, with a pathological anatomy result of a simple adrenal cyst. The case shows us the importance of making an adequate differential diagnosis between simple hepatic cyst and simple adrenal cyst since they have similar clinical and radiological characteristics.

Physical inactivity is related to chronic diseases and higher mortality. The WHO identifies sedentary behavior as a leading risk factor for chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity (1). Individuals with a higher body mass index (BMI) experience challenge, including reduced mobility and psychological barriers regarding engagement in physical activity (2). Overweight individuals often report lower motivation due to stigma, low selfconfidence, and previous unsuccessful weight loss attempts (3). Understanding these barriers is important for addressing promotion of physical activity.

Myxoma is the most prevalent primary cardiac neoplasm, accounting for 50% of benign heart tumors in adults (1). Elderly women are more predisposed to the development of atrial myxomas, with a ratio of 3:1 between women and men, and left atrial myxomas are the most common (2,3). These left-sided tumors predominantly originate in the interatrial septum, at the edges of the fossa ovalis, and can mimic diseases of the mitral valve, presenting a physical examination similar to that observed particularly in valve stenosis (4,5).

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks as the second leading cause of cancerrelated deaths worldwide. The primary culprits behind HCC development are the hepatitis B and C viruses. While direct-acting antiviral drugs (DAAs) have emerged as a significant breakthrough in the treatment of HCV infection, their impact on HCC remains inadequately studied. The global incidence of HCC is on the rise, including in Russia.

Covid 19 is characterized by hyperresponsiveness of immune system and when disease progresses, systemic proinflammatory cytokines and biomarkers are elevated and immune modulators have the potential to inhibit cytokines and to treat the cytokine storm. The cytokine dysregulation and influx of inflammatory myeloid cells can lead acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), multiorgan dysfunction and death [1]. The macrophage activation syndrome (MAS)-like pulmonary immunopathology and the direct endothelial damage leads to micro- and macrothrombotic episodes.
