Hypertensive crisis are burdensome in sub Saharan Africa than every otherpart of the world. Few studies have been done to assess the
effectiveness of Nifedipine among blacks in sub-Saharan Africa , the region which ironicallyhas the highest burden of hypertensive urgency in the world
hence the needfor this study.

Chronic endothelial damage may be the main cause of aging and death by causing multiorgan failures in human being at the moment (1). Much higher
blood pressures (BP) of the afferent vasculature may be the major accelerating factor by causing recurrent injuries on vascular endothelium. Probably, whole
afferent vasculature including capillaries are chiefly affected in the process. Therefore the term of venosclerosis is not as famous as atherosclerosis in
the literature. Due to the chronic endothelial damage, inflammation, edema, and fibrosis, vascular walls thicken, their lumens narrow, and they lose their
elastic natures, those eventually reduce blood supply to the terminal organs, and increase systolic and decrease diastolic BP further.

Sjögren's syndrome (SS) is a variety of autoimmune inflammatory
conditions distinguished by lymphocytic glandular invasion and various extraglandular manifestations. SS is most likely seen in middle-aged females.
Immunological, viral, genetic, ecological, and hormonal etiologic aspects are
dubious regarding the etiology of SS, and no aid has been provided.

This review describes the current problem of treatment of atrial arrhythmias in adult patients with atrial septal defect (ASD), which is one of the most common
adult congenital heart diseases (ACHD). Due to the development of surgical techniques and pharmacotherapy, the number of adult patients with ASD is
steadily increasing, but the medical management of arrhythmias in this group remains poorly understood.

Thyroid tuberculosis (TB) is infrequently reported even in regions with high TB prevalence, due to the gland’s inherent resistance and nonspecific
clinical presentations. involvement of the thyroid gland in extrapulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an uncommon occurrence. It can manifest as various thyroid
conditions, making timely diagnosis challenging and necessitating a high level of clinical suspicion. This report presents a case of thyroid cold abscess caused
by tuberculosis, The goal is to raise awareness among clinicians about this possibility and to emphasize its clinical management.

Carotid Cavernous Fistulas (CCFs) are classified according to their origin and flow characteristics. Whether spontaneous or trauma-induced, they frequently
manifest with specific clinical characteristics such as pulsatile exophthalmos and ocular bruit. Imaging methods diagnose the fistula; therapy is determined
by its nature and severity. This case demonstrates the effective combination of microsurgical and endovascular procedures, offering important insights into the
management of CCF.

This case report presents a 7-year-old child scheduled for surgery due to adenoid hypertrophy, who experienced accidental high-dose remifentanil bolus
administration during anesthesia preparation. The complications that arose and the management of the case are discussed. During routine monitoring in
the operating room, the patient experienced sudden loss of consciousness, generalized seizure, and respiratory arrest. The patient was intubated after
receiving midazolam and rocuronium.

The establishment of a research center at Hargeisa Group Hospital (HGH) represents a transformative vision for healthcare in Somaliland. By integrating
research into the hospital's operations, the center aims to address pressing health challenges such as liver cancer, infectious diseases, and maternal health
complications, providing localized data and insights that ensure effective and culturally appropriate healthcare interventions. The center will enhance patient
care through innovative treatments, preventive care, and early diagnosis, while also building the capacity of healthcare professionals through training
programs and collaborative opportunities with international institutions.

Pelvic fractures, often resulting from high-energy trauma, are associated with high mortality and significant complications. Traditional methods for treating anterior pelvic ring fractures, such as the InFix system, provide excellent
biomechanical stability but involve complex procedures. This case report introduces the application of the spinal minimally invasive system for anterior
pelvic ring fixation in a patient with a Tile C1 pelvic fracture. A 60-year-old female patient, admitted following a motor vehicle accident, presented with a Tile C1-
type pelvic fracture. The surgical team opted for a minimally invasive approach using the spinal screw-rod system, which provided both simplicity in operation
and reduced surgical time.

Treatment of the vulvar epithelium with autologous platelet-rich plasma (a-PRP, plasmotherapy) is a revolutionary, alternative method in medicine that is
based on observations of the role of platelets in the process of repair of injured body parts. The effect of natural growth factors in introducing platelets into the
affected area is essential. The development of modern medicine has led to the development and implementation of autologous platelet-rich plasma therapy
in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The main problems addressed by the method are: atrophy of the epithelium of the external genital
organs in postmenopausal women due to hormonal imbalance.
