Pneumoperitoneum is described as free air under the diaphragm 1. Intraperitoneal free air indicates hollow viscous perforation in over 90% of the patients, which is considered a surgical emergency. Rarely, the presence of pneumoperitoneum may not be due to intra-abdominal perforations (10 -15%) and thus may not require unnecessary emergency exploratory laparotomy. Such a condition poses a diagnostic dilemma to treating surgeons or ICU critical care team and is termed a "nonsurgical", "spontaneous", or "idiopathic" pneumoperitoneum. The causes may be intrathoracic, intra-abdominal, gynaecological and idiopathic2,3.

In 1938, Wolfram and Wagener first described Wolfram syndrome 1 (WS1;MIM 222300), an autosomal recessive and neurodegenerative disease (1). Diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus, optic atrophy, and deafness (DI DM OAD) are the clinical hallmarks of WS1. The acronym DIDMOADUD has also been suggested to define the WS1 because a high frequency of urinary alterations has been found (2). WS1 patients exhibit a variety of neurological disorders, including brainstem and cerebellar atrophy and cognitive impairment (3-6).Psychiatric disorders were found in 60% of the patients (7-9).

The study's abstract highlights the numerous clinical factors that contribute to a five-month-old boy's malnutrition in addition to inadequate feeding. These factors include color choice, early color vision, and mature brain cognition. Infants normally develop their sense of perception during their first year of life. This article emphasizes how a five-month-old baby can recognize colors, in particular red and blue ones. I also go through how, in very rare instances, the early development of color perception can have a clinical effect on feeding.

Cervical pregnancy is rare in pregnancies with an occurrence of 1:1,000-95,000, representing less than 1% of all ectopic pregnancies[1]. Misdiagnosis or improper handling of cervical pregnancy can result in hemorrhagic shock, which requires hysterectomy or arterial embolization to save patients’ lives. Twin pregnancies contribute to 3% of the births while experiencing more morbidity and mortality than singleton pregnancies[2]. Twin pregnancy of cervical pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy is rarely reported and easily misdiagnosed, making it difficult for clinicians to figure out a more satisfactory and safer treatment.

As of October 2022, three million had died from the pandemic caused by the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus and the COVID-19 disease in the world. In Mexico, around 500,000 victims are estimated if the cases of atypical pneumonia and the underreporting of deaths are counted and compared with the national annual average (WHO, 2021). In this scenario, mitigation policies have focused on social distancing and lockdowns, as well as restricting tests, treatments, and vaccines. Faced with such a situation, civil society has organized itself around self-financed or collaborative entrepreneurship with migrant capital.

It is well known that intraoral digital impression has been widely used in the field of fixed prosthodontics and achieved good clinical results. Moreover, the clinical application of intraoral digital impression to dental implant and complete denture has also developed rapidly. However, the study on the clinical application of digital impression to removable partial denture is lacking. This study sought to investigate the effects of intraoral digital impression on the clinical adaptation of removable partial dentures (RPDs).

One of the three cancer killers in developed countries is colorectal cancer (CRC), a malignancy that is frequently diagnosed. Colorectal adenocarcinoma is the most typical histology. Despite advancements in screening techniques, metastatic CRC (mCRC), which has a 14 % 5-year survival rate, is diagnosed in about 20 percent of patients. The site of metastasis that occurs most frequently is the liver. It is occasionally possible for patients with Stage IV disease to remove metastases surgically with the intention of curing the disease.
