Background To determine whether AIDS patients with low immunity are combined with opportunistic infection. Methods The blood of the patient
was used for bacterial fungi to observe the growth and morphology of the colonies and observe the characteristics under the microscope. Both serology
and PCR methods were used to determine the test patients for co-infection. Results The patient's blood culture was biphasic fungi, with yeast phase on
37oC Sand Fort's medium, 25oC penicillin growth and rose pigment production, and "brush branches" under the microscope.

In recent years, enhancing healthcare accessibility and addressing health- related misinformation have emerged as critical challenges in mental healthcare.
Metropolitan areas, characterized by increasing globalization, face particular difficulties as traditional support systems prove inadequate in addressing
the complexities of diverse cultural backgrounds and evolving information landscapes[1-2]. This research employs Tokyo’s 23 wards as a model case to
develop a culturally responsive mental healthcare system integrated with effective misinformation countermeasures[3-4].

Monogenic auto-inflammatory diseases are a group of hereditary disorders characterized by a clinical and biological inflammatory syndrome without
evidence of autoimmunity. The mutated proteins are involved in the altered regulation of inflammation (1). The H syndrome has been recently described as
a rare monogenic auto-inflammatory autosomal recessive histiocytosis, with a prevalence of less than 1 in 1,000,000. It is characterized by typical cutaneous
findings and associated systemic manifestations(2).It is caused by mutations in the solute carrier family 29 (SLC29A3) gene, which encodes the human
equilibrative nucleoside transporter-3(hENT3), a protein found in endosomes, lysosomes, and mitochondria(3).It was first described by Molho-Pessach et al
in 2008, also naming it H syndrome considering the fact most of the clinical features start with the letter “H” (4) and the first described cases were from
Arab descendant (7) .

Complex dislocation fractures of the elbow constitute a challenging condition creating a diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic problem. The elbow
is considered to be a poorly tolerated joint given its tendency to stiffen easily and to be prone to instability [1].
In monteggia lesions, Bado classified 4 types based on the direction of displacement of the radial head and the angulation of the ulnar line, and the
lesion mechanism dictates which lesion type will result.

Improved and complemented over decades, the travelling wave theory proposed
in 1928 by Bekesy still contains ambiguities and logical inconsistencies. The
1961 Nobel Prize awarded to Bekesy for explaining the mechanisms of hearing
provides no justification for further existence of the travelling wave theory in its
present form.

While there is significant evidence that methylene blue (MB) administered intravenously has neuroprotective properties and provides benefit
in treating refractory shock, there is no human evidence of benefit in rate of return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) during cardiopulmonary resuscitation
or increased survival. In a limited number of animal studies evidence of methylene blue’s benefit in ROSC and survival has been reported.
