Patients with acne often suffer from concomitant skin pathology, diseases of internal organs, take medications that can affect the course of comorbid
pathology and the effectiveness of treatment with isotretinoin. Therefore, when prescribing systemic acne therapy, it is necessary to consider the concomitant

Cerebellar ataxia, neuropathy, and vestibular reflex syndrome (CANVAS) is a late-onset, slowly progressive neurological disorder. Double allelic intron
(AAGGG)n repeat amplification in the replication factor C1 (RFC1) gene is a common cause of CANVAS. This paper presents a unique case of CANVAS in
a patient with a heterozygous mutation in exon 11 of the RFC1 gene, along with multimodal mutations of (AAAAGG)exp and (AAAGG)exp in the bi-allelic
introns, and serological positivity for anti-GD3 IgM. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of CANVAS, especially when symptoms overlap with other
conditions.

Pernicious anemia is an autoimmune disorder. Symptoms often develop after 10-20 years, with initial neuropsychiatric and hematological manifestations. Once
vitamin B12 deficiency manifests, common symptoms include fatigue, dyspnea, and pallor. The hallmark feature is macrocytic anemia, while pancytopenia and
hemolysis are rare. A 78-year-old male presented with fatigue, tachycardia, and dyspnea. He had no history of gastrointestinal bleeding or weight loss. On physical examination,
he was pale and jaundiced.

Essential bone cyst, also known as solitary or unicameral bone cyst, is a benign lesion that forms in long bones, mainly in children and young adults.
Essential bone cyst of the acetabulum is a rare lesion that can affect the hip joint. Although complications are rare, they can sometimes lead to pathological
fractures if the surrounding bone is sufficiently weakened. This may require specific management to stabilize the affected area and prevent complications.
Our study aims to draw attention to the clinical and paraclinical features of essential bone cysts of the acetabulum, as well as to the specific management
of this type of cyst.

Health communication is a relatively new concept in communication studies. The goal of health communication studies is to understand the health
situation in a country and determine the best way to manage policy-making in public health. Communication involves transferring a message from a sender to
a receiver to convey the same meaning. Health communication is the method used to communicate in the field of health, encompassing interpersonal or

Even though safe patient diagnosis is an essential component of high- quality healthcare, it continues to be a source of concern due to the
considerable number of diagnostic errors that occur. There are several variables that must be considered in order to guarantee a safe diagnosis. These include
effective communication, the utilization of cutting-edge diagnostic techniques, teamwork among medical specialists, and comprehensive follow-up treatment.
In addition to this, it is highly dependent on the cognitive and technical abilities of physicians, in addition to the active participation of patients.

Drowning is a term that has been modified and redefined to include all deaths resulting from submersion in liquid regardless of the time of death
following drowning as agreed in a consensus agreement at 2002 World Congress on Drowning held in Amsterdam.1 Drowning was previously defined
as death secondary to asphyxia while immersed in a liquid, usually water, or within 24 hours of submersion.1 The current definition of drowning states
that drowning is a process resulting in primary respiratory impairment from submersion in a liquid medium which the outcomes could be death, morbidity
or no morbidity.

The adolescent years can be difficult for both parents and children, while adolescents fight to develop more independence, parents struggle to set
appropriate boundaries for adolescents (Fosco, Lippold & Feinberg, 2014; Mastrotheodoros et al., 2019). Despite parents need rules and regulations to
guide decision-making and behaviour of adolescents, they (adolescents) also need to feel independent (Ciranka & van den Bos, 2019; Shah Szwedo & Allen,
2022). Allowing adolescents to feel that they are in control of their lives and making their own decisions while still offering them structure and guidance
until their brains are fully developed is one of the most difficult balancing acts of parenting (Shah Szwedo & Allen, 2022)
