Mondor’s Disease is a rare, benign condition characterized by superficial thrombophlebitis of the veins of the breast. It most commonly affects women
between the ages of 30-60 and is often idiopathic. However, trauma, systemic conditions such as hypercoagulabiliy, and the possibility of underlying breast
cancer should be carefully evaluated in affected patients (1). The most commonly involved vein is the superior epigastric vein, which presents with
findings in the lower outer quadrant of the breast (2). Patients typically present during the acute phase with a painful, palpable, cord-like subcutaneous mass.

Open and crushed forearm injuries represent a complex and relatively uncommon form of upper extremity trauma. Typically resulting from significant
compressive forces generated by high-energy mechanisms, such as motor vehicle collisions, these injuries lead to extensive damage across multiple tissue
types, including skin, soft tissues, vasculature, nerves, and bone [1]. Crush injuries stemming from traumatic events present substantial challenges within
military medicine, frequently demanding swift and comprehensive management
to optimize patient outcomes.

Amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) is a life-threatening condition characterized by the entry of amniotic fluid into the maternal circulation,
triggering a „cytokine storm “. The incidence of AFE varies across different populations and studies, ranging from 1.9 to 6.1 cases per 100,000 deliveries.
AFE can be classified into two clinical types: the cardiopulmonary collapse type (or classic type) and the disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC) type
involving atonic bleeding and rapid deterioration of coagulopathy. Here we present two cases of a 38 and 39-year-old multiparous woman who experienced
DIC-type AFE during labor, resulting in uterine atony and emergency peripartum hysterectomy.

The aim of this investigation was to assess the antioxidant and antiproliferative effects of the total methanol, dichloromethane, and aqueous extracts of Lannea
antiscorbutica root bark, as well as to identify a few bioactive markers. The DPPH radical procedure was employed to assess the antioxidant activity. The
methanolic, aqueous, and ascorbic acid extracts exhibit minimal antioxidant activity, with IC50 values of 1.72 μg/mL, 1.65 μg/mL, and 0.43 μg/mL,
respectively. The dichloromethane extract produced a plateau that rendered it impossible to estimate the IC50. For 72 hours, the growth and germination
inhibition of Sorghum bicolor seeds against the plant extracts were monitored to assess the antiproliferative activity.

Cardiac tumor is a rare heart disease. The incidence of autopsy is between 0.002-0.3 %. About three-quarters of the primary lesions are benign, and the
remaining one-quarter is malignant. Sarcoma is the most common malignant lesion. [ 1 ] Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma is an extremely rare and
aggressive primary cardiac tumor. Most of them grow rapidly and die rapidly. Different data show that the median survival time is usually between 6 and 12
months according to different sources. We are presenting a case of primary cardiac undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. The progression-free survival
after surgery was 23 months, far exceeding the existing data. Because the disease is extremely rare, the treatment experience is insufficient. The treatment
experience of this case can be used for peer reference.

The patient was 60 years old, naïve, with no previous pathological history, and presented with an eczematous lesion of the right nipple. The lesion had
begun a year earlier as a scaly, pruritic patch involving the nipple and areola of the right breast. Clinical examination revealed an inflammatory plaque on the
right nipple, ulcerated in places and topped with a crust (Fig. 1). The rest of the examination of the right breast was unremarkable, in particular there was no
palpable nodule or nipple discharge. The left breast was unremarkable and the axillary folds were free.

Our work environment is not so easily classified. There are specific signs in our daily work routine (always taking into account an important time frame)
that determine whether what we experienced today was simply a bad day or whether we are working in a place that is mentally, physically, and emotionally
harmful to us.

Toxic leadership (Lipman-Blumen, 2004) is part of the dark side of leadership, along with the concepts: Petty tyranny (Ashforth, 1997), Abusive supervision
(Tepper, 2000), Destructive leadership (Einarsen et al., 2007) and Bullying (Einarsen et al., 2003). The term “toxic” means poisonous. It comes from the
Greek phrase “toxic medicine”, which essentially means poison for arrows. It is noteworthy that for the meaning of the term today, the word “toxic” was used,
which comes from the bow, and not the word “medicine”, which actually means poison.
