The relationship of cortical structure and specific neuronal circuitry to global brain function, particularly its perturbations related to the development and progression of neuropathology, is an area of great interest in neurobehavioral science. Disruption of these neural networks can be associated with a wide range of neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders (Mohan, 2016).

Glucocorticoid are one of the most important drugs and since their introduction in 1948 they have never been given up or replaced (1).They are widely used in routine clinical practice because of their important antiinflammatory and immunosuppressive effects but unfortunately their pleiotropic effects can cause several adverse reactions (2). Side effects are more common when glucocorticoid are administered by systemic route (oral, intravenous or intramuscular) but every route of administration (dermal, ocular, nasal) may determine a systemic absorption, especially when applied for long time and at high doses (3, 4).

sychological support, analgesics, and local anesthesia are the most widely used methods preferred for pain management during minor outpatient surgeries. The World Health Organization's (WHO) Safe Abortion Technical and Policy Guidance for Health Systems Guideline recommends the use of manual vacuum aspiration for first-trimester induced abortions for pain management. We aimed to compare the efficacy of lidocaine used for pain management in first-trimester voluntary termination to endometrial sampling and its relation to anxiety.

Plausible knowledge is the only reliable ground of any treatment method, any strategy of treatment, any approach to the remission. An attempt has been made to bring plausible knowledge of the sources of occurrence of HPV genotypes, which provoke cancer diseases, and knowledge of their epidemiological character into a system. Not simply the methods of treatment themselves, but a systemic knowledge-based (and methodologically organized) approach, which presumes systemic organization and systemic application of definite treatment methods, is recommended in the capacity of the key approach in proper organization of any cancer treatment process.

Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors are critical in post-catheterization prevention of thrombus formation. While oral agents are often first-line, there is a significant delay in achieving platelet inactivation as first-pass metabolism is required to obtain an active metabolite. Intravenous antiplatelet medications such as glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors have a niche role in providing platelet inactivation from the time of infusion. Typically, most patients undergo tirofiban infusion without difficulty; however, some cases have been linked to varying degrees of thrombocytopenia, which can develop immediately post-infusion or several days later.
