At the Fann Psychiatry department, institutional accompanying person is often very close to patients. Sometimes, they are the only ones to witness pathological attitudes or behaviors coming from patients. Thus, we will study the contribution of an institutional accompanying person to the detection of 3 episodes of violence in a hospitalized patient and then formulate recommendations.

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the safety and preferences of local anesthetic (LA) for penetrating keratoplasty. A review of all PKs completed at Ibn Al-Ahaitham Teaching Eye Hospital over the previous four years (2018– 2021) in order to determine the incidence of serious complications. To ascertain patterns in PK's anesthetic use, structured interviews with hospitalized cornea experts were conducted. Continuous data were expressed as mean (SD), whilst categorical variables were expressed as a number (%). In local anesthesia, 41% of the population was under 30, while 59% was over 30. Of these, 69.1% were female.

Urinomas in pediatric patients, stemming from traumatic injuries to the genitourinary system, pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. We present a case of a boy with a penetrating injury of the abdomen in whom a ureteric injury was missed, highlighting the complexities in diagnosing and managing these cases and emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach. Traumatic urinomas demand astute clinical assessment and advanced imaging for accurate diagnosis.
